Old Capitol Center and Sycamore Mall business owners donate $11,000 to the Salvation Army to make up for the revenue it will lose this year by not being allowed to have a bell ringer outside the Target store at Coral Ridge.



I'd say that this outclasses Target by a wide mile. They should have thought of it themselves.
