The new Iowa Court of Appeals opinions are up. I'm cruising through the summaries to see if there's anything that could impact on one of my cases - or better yet, give me something to blog on - when I see this:
"Lawana Hixon sued Austin Lundy for past child support to his date of birth in 1987."
Of course it's an editing error, but I'd love to see that argument. What kind of wage would you impute to a six month old? Would it change when he entered kindergarten and increased his marketability?
