 Hey, anyone in the Iowa City area: It's the final weekend to see either Father of the Bride at the Iowa City Community Theatre or Once Upon a Mattress at City Circle Acting Company of Coralville. Both are excellent shows with incredible costuming and a lot of laughs. Bias alert: I play Miss Bellamy in Father of the Bride, a old spinster secretary with a wierd semi-British accent. I get to wear purple velvet orthopedic shoes and cat glasses. It's been a blast all around, and we intend to continue the trend.
