I saw in yesterday's Press-Citizen that Dale Hibbs is retiring from City High. I had him for Government class a gagillion years ago, and he was truly awesome. For example, instead of droning on from a textbook about legislative powers, he had us try to draft legislation. Not as easy as it looks, that. I remember mine was for free speech in malls, or something like that. Okay, I was fifteen at the time.
