In Oklahoma City you get fined $185 for dropping a single sunflower seed. They decided it's littering.
I wonder what their birds think of that.
So can you feed the birds in Oklahoma City?
What if they drop the sunflower seed you gave them?
Or what if you plant a sunflower and it has seeds and they get all over the ground? Is the city going to force that native american guy from the seventies to come camp on your doorstep and cry?
Does it matter if the seed's roasted?
